This is the best information out there. Unfortunately no cure is yet to be had
Or fully discovered. Those suffering from chronic infwct should copy and pasre this link. It is the only formal study taken seriously anywhere in the USA. Maybe someday they will find the cure. For now we all suffer immensley and daily, every waking moment is painful.
