Lol, I love looking at my time period through your eyes Tansy. How crazy it seems. I still have my Red Snap hip huggers that I use to buy at the Army/Navy store. And I saved a pair of really far out bell bottoms that my daughter wore in a fashion show. I had to save them, because I don't think anyone would believe that I would have been caught dead in such a thing, more or less try and dance in them. lol

We also had something similar to that video but in roller disco. Boy, it could get intense. Not only did they do speed racing but there was dance skating involved as well. This is closer to the 80's but it still applies. Really good exercise for your whole body.
