I missed your post until now. The email notifications do not seem to be working.
I have not noticed any stimulating effect from Tu Si Zi, but I certainly notice when I fail to take it ie cold hands/feet, discomfort in the kidney area, tension and unpleasant feelings in my legs which are all signs of the effects of cortisol.
SIBO is usually the result of a compromised stomach and hypochlorhydria. That is where my journey began. I have at least one strongly Urease positive bacteria in my stomach which prevents my stomach acid levels rising and prevents the stomach from destroying harmful micro-organisms, compromises digestive function and protein digestion. I have tested negative for Helicobacter Pylori. This can be self tested by using an acid such as lemon juice or vinegar. Swallowing some and some saliva (urea) will produce a burp from carbon dioxide being produced by the Urease enzyme reacting with saliva(urea) to produce Ammonia which degrades hydrochloric acid producing carbon dioxide.
I suggest that you search for my messages because I have posted about this on many occasions in the past. I hope to destroy them all in the coming days as soon as I complete some testing with liposomes and Quorum Sensing Inhibitors. I want to eliminate all the biofilms in one go so that they have less chance to adapt to the antimicrobials that they have never encountered before. Without a biofilm they cannot retain DNA or use that to quickly adapt. I removed one of the biofilms but not all 5 of them so far. I do have a comprehensive QSI which I hope will allow me to eliminate all the biofilms. I do also have some things which adversely affect biofilm formation which I intend using. I have lots to do and I am not getting it done on a forum.
