Not quite, the user must be sitting right next to the Spooky2 in order to get maximum benefit. Even at that, it does not match the better ParaZapper models when using the 4 point contact. Spooky 2 user compares Rife to ParaZapper: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ivs2RhAL3M
