I am on day 4. My energy is just about used up. I washed some windows and curtains, did laundry, etc. I try to get it done when I feel the energy. I was more hungry today because of all the activity. I had some herbal tea with a spoonful of syrup for a treat. It helps and is not very many calories when you really feel hungry.

I hope this finds all doing well. I hope to have a restful evening.
