NO SPECIAL DIET OR SUPPLEMENTS WITH THIS!!! I've been on this forum a long time with lots of theories and treatments. Whatever I tried, some things might have made my lips stop peeling but they eventually still felt hard or dry. That's until I recently tried Dovonex ointment. The company stopped making this brand name or only make the generic named calcipotriene ointment. I read that you only need to apply it once per day (applying it multiple tims will not speed up the healing process), and it takes about 2 weeks use for the fast cell buildup to stop.

I think this will change most suffferers lives for the better. The only problem is it's hard to get insurance coverage for this ointment in the USA. However, you can buy it cheaper with GoodRX discount card you can print off the Internet (price about $100 for 60 gram tube compared to $400 retail price).
