Everyones body will respond differently. I hope you are drinking the laxative tea in the morning instead of the SWF. Otherwise, you won't be eliminating all the toxins that the body is trying to get rid of. For almost every day during the cleanse, I eliminate once, due to the SWF. That's it. Some people will have eliminations later in the day or even evening depending on what the body wants to do. But the sure fire way to get things moving is with the tea and SWF.
