mycotoxins... could be, but more like meh, go have a panic party with asprey
healing crisis... yes probably
kidneys... more likely than mycotoxins
gallbladder... getting warmer
plaque??????????????????????????????

what were your symptoms before you started coffee enemas? ***

here's what is most likely...

aside from stimulating bile flow which is ostensibly why people start coffee enemas, they are also extremely effective at cleaning the area of the colon from the rectum, sigmoid and part of the descending segment.

when retained, the coffee will soak into the plaque in these areas killing off biofilms(don't like this word but i gotta communicate somehow), rehydrating plaque (elephant in the room), killing fungal colonies and wormies.

if you have a lot of plaque in these areas it will swell and impinge on nerve bundles in this area. guess which nerve bundles are close by? sciatic among others.

even odds on the gallbladder theory poster above mentioned.

clogged gallbladder will cause problems in lumbar area, which are also in proximity to sciatic nerves. ask chiros and surgeons about correlation of these.

what to do?

you can test out the gallbladder theory easily by eating some very fatty meals, taking dandelion root, or doing a few liver flushes. actually flushes are the best here because imo coffee enemas are less effective than flushes for pushing out Gallstones and bilestones, and other words that mean the same thing. if symptoms abate or get much worse then you have targeted the problem.

next thing is to just keep on doing more coffee enemas. if it was a healing crisis then eventually symptoms will abate. you can never just do one of anything in natural healing, you have to always keep with it steadily.

third option is to use castor oils packs over the lower abdominal area, especially left side where the sigmoid is. this can help to loosen plaque and pass it due to high viscosity of the oil. same deal as the coffee enemas you cannot do just one pack, you have to do a series of them over weeks or months.

wiki:

Lubrication
Vegetable oils like castor oil are typically unattractive alternatives to petroleum-derived lubricants because of their poor oxidative stability.[36][37] Castor oil has better low-temperature viscosity properties and high-temperature lubrication than most vegetable oils, making it useful as a lubricant in jet, diesel, and racing engines.[38] The viscosity of castor oil at 10 °C is 2,420 centipoise.[39] However, castor oil tends to form gums in a short time, and therefore its usefulness is limited to engines that are regularly rebuilt, such as racing engines. The lubricant company Castrol took its name from castor oil.

castrol should get current and market high lubrication organic castor oil to people of the 21st century.

make sure to stay hydrated always. colon issues are dehydration issues. stones and plaques are dried out stuff. water is not the best hydrator in all situations, better off with juices.
