You discounted ayurveda even though the diet you described is almost 100% a pitta pacifying diet.

The reason you smell like shit is because you have shit inside you.I first thought must be vata, but then all of your symptoms, diet and relief come from pitta pacifying.

Keep up the pitta pacifying diet if it works for you.

Drink licorice tea, I think it will work for you.

All of your symptoms follow a progression of worse and worse pitta aggravation. And all of your relief follows a progression of lessening your pitta intake/behavior.

Bile is not the same as stomach acid btw.

Did you ever use turmeric? Or bitter herbs/spices?

Try mastic gum or pistachio leaf tea, fresh pressed pomegranate juice.

How about fresh raw salads and greens, are they ok?

Ayurveda is a scam... right up until you accurately diagnose your prakruti and vikruti, then it turns into the opposite of a scam. The hardest part of it is getting the dosha diagnosis done properly because a lot of the practitioners are low iq or for some reason cannot do it right.
