Hi, so I’ve been dealing with fecal Body Odor for almost 4 years, but it’s gotten worst this year. I’ve tried everything you can think off from flaxseed oil , black seed oil , probiotics, digestive enzymes etc. I drink water and for the most part eat healthy. I tried asking friends and family do they smell me, but everyone says no and I think they do but might just be used to the smell. I’ve been to every doctor from my PCP to a ENT, dermatologist, dentist, gastrointestinal doctor etc. to see what’s the cause, but no luck. All of them say they don’t smell anything and everything is normal. Well one doctor gave me amoxicillin to take just in case it was from bacteria but he said he didn’t know for sure. It’s so embarrassing because sometimes I can smell it but sometimes I can’t but I always see people rubbing their nose and stuff when I come around so I know it’s there. When I smell it sometimes it smell like urine and booty, and sometimes booty by itself. It’s def not a hygiene problem I literally bathe 2 times a day, brush my teeth 3 times a day, and wash my face twice a day. What is this and how do I cure it? It drives me nuts and gives me bad anxiety and make me depressed. Sometimes I be embarrassed to go to work because of this. Please someone help me!
