Richard Tester , the “alternative medicine practitioner” in Fort Lee NJ, is a con artist. He gave me a few ‘therapies’ that last a few minutes each, made fun of my appearance (yeah real tough guy making fun of a sick person’s physical appearance), then ripped me off for $235 for it all. Also when I got home I looked up the “oxygen supplements” he sold me and they were MLM scam products. Finally, he does his ‘treatments’ in a filthy moldy garage that caused me to have a cold sore attack later that day.

Avoid this guy like the plague. Any questions PM me and I will be glad to go into further detail.
