I believed Trapper, my mistake. Higher metabolism without enough water put more strain on his heart.

Next time Iodine peddlers should be honest about the risks, higher metabolism means more hydration is necessary.

Iodine is good if you're well hydrated with water, that is why small amounts of Sea Salt is always recommended. The bromide chelation is confusing and does not make as much sense.
