You can heal. But only if you want to. And first step is to realize there is a problem.

I am not your enemy, nobody is. I suggest, self-reflect on why you would make the statements you did about me and others.

If you get your body clean, you will look back at yourself and think like we all do, looking back on our days of folly.

The main thing is to move on. Because you and I and everybody on here knows, nobody behaves as you have been, without some outside influence.

The main thing is to try to get to a month, like Jesus did in the desert fasting on water 30 days. Ask the good self in you, is 30 days asking too much ? I guarantee you will be a different person, you will no longer be happy to sit behind a computer, you will get out more !! You're a smart person, and there are many spiritual battles happening around us , politically, that impact our children. You have great potential to be a contributor to GOOD.
