Even though I was/am feeling numbness and twitching in my left chest area I'm contemplating jumping back into the fast till the these toxins slow down a bit, at least finish 40 days. I had 3 cups of clear broth sipping slowly and masticating over time last night but still in ketosis. What's your opinion on that? It's just that the idea of food getting mixed in with this awful stuff that's coming out is really disgusting me as it's coming out this morning mixed with the broth and continued all day with extreme cramping and nausea.
