Hey MH, just an update. I went to do the liver flush like we talked about before. Same thing. Nothing happened. No elimination at all. I am really convinced that I have poor magnesium. I started eliminating again afterwards maybe 3 days later. Back on the regimen of LBB capsules. I started the orange juice fast. I got a little bit more progress on the 3 days of salts. I was able to eliminate for the first 2 days. 3rd day nothing, and then I felt like I just needed to go dry again. So I'm now 2 days in to a dry fast from the orange juice fast. I don't know why it's so hard for me to stay on the juice/water. It seems like that just makes me want food. Dry like now, I am not even tempted. *shrugs* maybe I can make it 7 days this time. One day at a time. I have a neighbor who I check in with daily and I monitor my own vitals. I think I may try to break the fast with the oranges I have remaining.
