In my experience; no "speed" effect from boron, quite the contrary. I take it before bedtime with magnesium and vit C; works well and has so for approx 10 years. But we are all different, like atypical reactions; or that the lack of magnesium, increased vit D activation from the boron may give the high"
Increase the magnesium (in the form glycine or malate or chloride) and see what happens.
For uptake of magnesium; vit b needed.
