Yes, anything not remotely related to Iodine supplementation, that sidetracks an initial discussion, doesn't belong in the forum.

Someone , original poster, made a helpful comment about their eyesight, and look what you've made this thread now

Clearly, if your true intent was to warn others about retinol, you would have gone and posted your un-asked-for opinions on a different forum, because other forums reach more people.

You've disrupted the forum. Not a big deal, its been done before. Try to be a little more orderly and focused, you'll reach more of your intended audience by posting your warnings in other forums, and at the same time, you won't disrupt the Iodine forum.
