This article supports my position on higher amounts of vitamin A. Are you trying to use it to refute my position? It clearly doesn't.

The problem is what constitutes an overdose for one person may not for another. Retinol-binding protein levels are highly individual. Some people make more than enough and some people are quite deficient. Those who are deficient, particularly due to a disease process, can develop retinol toxicity at even normal or below normal retinol intakes.
