Oh yes, that does make sense. Speaking of what comes out...regarding the P&B shakes which I would like to try after this. Do you suppose the "rope" material that comes out is a product of the clay and psyllium forming in the colon rather than it being mostly old encrusted matter? I wonder, because that doesn't seem to come out when doing the lemonade, or does it when on the lemonade cleanse for more than 10 days? P.S. thank you! You've been very kind and helpful.
