Hi,

Thanks so much for the response. I’m actually male, I’ve tried lots of diets and been given anti microbials and etc with no luck, I personally assume it’s because I do not digest my food well, so my theory is no matter how well I eat or what anti microbials I take, when I eat it will simply go in and ferment/putrefy.
I’m not entirely sure what to do at this point. HCL isn’t too useful for me, I’ve had more success with digestive enzymes.
I’ve been considering a FMT transplant at a respected clinic but not entirely sure, haven’t decided yer, maybe that can help with my digestion? And possibly a lot of the bacteria/pathogens.

I am in fact gluten free and have been for a while. I’ve also tried the paleo diet and anti immune paleo diet for 3 months, no luck.
The blood test also showed a acid base dysfunction, not sure what it means.
I’m honestly not sure where to turn at this point, nothing seems to help.
