Many people have serious problems with drinking water during the water fast.
Consuming some unrefined salt helps some of them.

Burping after drinking water, whilst Water Fasting is common between people with weak stomach, weak gastric juices, weak digestion.


How much salt do you consume with food usually ?
Are you avoiding salt in food ? Are you limiting salt ?


Our body uses salt to produce Hydrochloric acid.
As long as you consume enough water, salt is not a problem in food.



Try Betaine Hydrochloride. Start with a small dose, increase if it feels good.
