Thanks so much for replying, I’m really trying to get to the bottom of this.

I really thought it was not enough HCL too. I read on the internet that you should take HCL tablets until you get burning sensation, but at the same time other sources say that the burning sensation is not needed for enough HCL as it depends on your stomach wall strength or something like that.
If it was HCL related, I shouldn’t get any burping whilst water fasting, right? During my Water Fast I was constantly burping.
