When you flush, a lot of toxic sludge is released and makes its way through the intestinal tract... I have found also that after a few days or makes its way from the small intestines to the colon.i get heavy bouts of anger as well... Girlfriends getting tired of me telling her "sorry I'm just toxic again" haha

It helps to speed things up and get it all out by drinking psyllium husk (using along with senna is very effective) and doing regular enemas for a week or so after the flush. 😊
