Hey

I have been diagnosed with a goiter a few years ago, choose not to do surgery and started supplementing with Iodine and the co-nutrients. Nothing have happened at all since. It might not have grown in size, but it didn't shrink either

As of now i do

Lamberts sport's multi vitamin
ekstra magnesium
Ekstra C
200 microgram selenium
fish oil
tumeric pills

I have not experienced any detox symptoms at all, since denmark do not use bromine to the same extend as the us does.

I need some advice on what i can add or do better, to help this along, so my thyriod can get better.
