Thanks! I’m two days in and the only things I’ve been consuming besides mineral water are apple cider vinegar and Celtic Sea Salt . I’m stopping the Sea Salt though because it was giving me heart palpitations. My body has never responded well to salt, but I had read that it’s essential during a water fast...
