I have been dealing with AFS for about two years. A few months ago I started getting very light headed after excessive walking. The light headedness has continued and is now persistent 24/7. Caffeine seems to help, but obviously I’m trying to avoid that. Eating seems to help some but it doesn’t feel like blood Sugar issues because I don’t have any Sugar cravings, etc. I’m wondering if it may also be due to some sort of salt imbalance.

Any help would be appreciated.
