It's been a very long time since I posted.

The picture look like a regular result of a Liver Flush and mixture of precipitated bile with are the dark green blobs and possibly precipitated mucus which are the white. One problem is that once one gets the idea that parasites are to blame one sees them even though mostly the suspicious flush debris are pieces of fibrous food.

You describe a sudden change in your health and there are signs of chronic bowel dysfunction which can be caused by food poisoning, Antibiotics and infection. Your usual gut bacteria may be severely disrupted and this results in many of the physical symptoms you describe and usually some extreme anxiety.

If this is true then you need to treat it as the most extreme bowel dysfunction and follow the advice for IBS, except that its much worse. Although IBS can be debilitating.
