So I'm re-upping on some biofilm busters like Nattokinase. Hell if I can tell if they're making a difference. Anyway since pills seem to be harder on the liver figured I might try the next round of busters in powdered form. Though I'm concerned said form won't reach the large intestines like so many other supplements. Thoughts? Should I be making sure they're not only in pill form but enteric coated?
