Unfortunately I'm not expert at analyzing hair tests. I think you should post the results of your test (hide your name). There are facebook groups for hair test analysis.

High sodium can be part of the three lows pattern. It does not necessarily mean you need a low sodium diet. It could mean that your body is holding onto sodium as you may not be intaking enough.

Do you have blood Sugar regulation problems?

You could try experimenting with higher intake of potassium to antagonize sodium and see if that helps. Most people in adrenal fatigue states do better with a high sodium diet though.

Coriander leaf, and possibly seed can help to excrete arsenic.

One meal per day does not seem good. Adrenal fatigue needs a lot to combat it and this means eating a lot or supplementing a lot to rebuild strength.

Often people think they are eating healthy but the diet is not ideal. For example if you're eating a lot of rice this can be one possible source of the arsenic. Some supplements could be contaminated as well.

I would add in Green Clay in small amounts to help detox.

In general I think a high calorie diet is good for adrenal fatigue.

Look into mineral supplementation.

If you are not feeling better with your gazillion supplements then odds are some of them are making you worse.
