The values, if it means anything to you are Na=65, As=.126, Sr=1.39, Na/Mg=9.85. Am I about to die lol? I sure don't feel good. I'm on a gajillion supplements and a super healthy Diet and eat about once a day, but I guess I gotta cut out anything salty. My is stress is high and sleep really poor and energy low but I can't deal with the stress until I can relieve my pain and rest and feel a bit more energetic. It feels like suicide to deal with stressful situations in my current state. Any suggestions? Maybe I ought to focus on just getting that arsenic out? And where did that come from? I've no idea but I've always been ill and stressed but it has gradually gotten worse since childhood. Can anyone relate? Ive got classic adrenal fatigue symptoms, trauma, etc...
