Thanks for the reply,

I just had a SIBO test done, here are the results:

https://www.curezone.org/ig/i.asp?i=100133

They are pretty conclusive, it is negative. Even though I know they're not a %100 accurate, I really don't have the most basic symptoms like bloating from fibrous foods and do okay on garlic. I just feel really bad a couple of hours after eating them. If I drink fruit juice for example, I don't get diarrhea right away. I get it 4-8 hours later.

I believe my problem is dysbiosis brought on by probiotics that act like a pathogen in my system. It explains why I can survive on meat, fat, and herbs because they're not fermentable. If I eat fiber/ fermentable foods I get so sick and weak to where I can't function.

The only other things that help are fasting and osmotic laxatives as they help get the microbial count down. There has to be a way out of this. It's never been so bad though where I was never able to eat plant foods. My gut always was able to recover even though back in 2015 I onslaughted my gut with a multi-strain probiotic that affected me negatively for months. My own natural flora and immune system were able to get back on track. Once I started seeing a doctor one of the only supplements I was on was that garden of life probiotic. He told me to stop it. My health recovered to a point where I was able to move out of my house and get an appartment. I realized then it was the probiotic that made me sick. Any other time I tried a probiotic it made me sick with loose yellow stool and fatigue.

To anyone else who experiences loose yellow stool, fatigue, Chronic belching/sulfur smelling burps shortly after starting a probiotic, stop it immediately. This is what happened after I started taking a probiotic that did not agree with me and it has ruined my health.
