You can try yoni pearls or herbal tampons. I got it from VGoddess Herbal Protocol.
It has helped me detox stuff and purge out a lot of toxins and cleansing and nourishing my womb.
I no longer feel cold underneath and no itchy feeling whatsoever.

It has 6 tampons in one bag. 3 cleansing and 3 nourishing function.
I have tried other vaginal suppositories like CANDEX, Borax and others however it does not work as well for long term.
For probiotics best to make fermented kefir and take Lactic Acid bacteria
