Please don’t drink anything but water. All kind of meds, herbal or main stream taken during a fast can be very enervating. Take Epsom Salt baths with H2O2, 2 cups of ES and 1cup of H2O2. After the bath rub coconut oil on your body, liberally.

Good job thus far. Just let your body take care of all the junk in your body. You can also brush your skin.
