Hi, I have been using gloves in a bottle to help manage my ec. It's a moisturiser that's used to put over phone numbers on kids hands when they run off to play so the ink doesn't rub off, it kind of traps the moisture inside or something.

I don't think this will cure it or anything but I get times where it's almost like I have cramp because it's so irritated, I just wanna bite my lip so hard, this is the only thing that's instant relief.

It's super light too, I sometimes use bepanthen as a lip balm and it's really heavy but this just feels like a thin layer of water or something.

It doesn't last that long but it's very good and pretty cheap so I thought I'd let ppl on here know, good luck
