wht is ATP co-factors ? why take that ?

how much selenium, 200 mcg every day ? way too much. Se is taken way too much on these boards and in some best selling author's books.

one thing to try is quit so much selenium , it is way over promoted.

the negative about not enough selenium is real but only for those totally depleted, only to have a little bit.
