During my first fast, which was about 5 months ago, I felt like I was hungry the whole time. After doing a bunch of research, I found out that it wasn't really hunger - it was food cravings. On top of that, I learned that my stomach kept feeling queasy and I heard a bunch digestive sounds because I most likely had a fatty liver. With the fat around my liver, my body kept producing bile - thinking that it needed to digest fatty foods.

I'm really glad that you are sticking with the fast - it really helps in removing toxins that probably would never leave the body with other methods. And I'm really sorry to hear that you got sick during the fast - I hope you are recovered now...hopefully, the cold/flu made you feel less hungry.
