I have been on a Water Fast for 4 days ... I had to stop today because I was extremely dizzy.

However, I broke the fast with walnuts, avocado and a little kimchi. About 15 minutes later, I passed liver stones and parasites. Then about another 15 minutes later, I had green bile diarrhea, what has caused this?? Detox?? I am super curious!
