I have been taking high dose vitamin C for AFS for about a year and a half. I was taking up to 8 grams at a time with no problems but now it seems even 4 grams will often disturb my sleep. My overall symptoms have continued to improve otherwise.

Is it normal to experience increased intolerance for vitamin C as you heal?
