This indicates past past acid issues. Also you may have had gastritis before. Drink hot water. My this past fast, last week I had BMs with my cus everyday. A good thing, your body is cleansing.

Keep up the good work. For relief you may use coconut oil, rub it well over your stomach and liver areas.
