DAY 5 - Annual Cleaning


Day 6

Weight - 157 - lost 2lbs. Total 11 lbs
Symptoms - mostly, a lot of mucus, some rashes in various spots, VERY slight chest left arm pain, small bouts of reflux, liver had palpitations.
Elimination - Three small BMs, with a lot of brown water and mucus lumps.
Sleep - sleep was erratic again, woke a few times. Naps during the day time. 6 hrs total sleep.
Water intake - 8 cups, 8 oz each, warm water a few times. I use filtered water.
Activity- walked and rested all day - 8000

Not many negative thoughts from past traumas. Angered with small stuff, like daughter made errors.

Overall, feel little run down, got tired easily when walking.
