Recently I did an ozone sauna in the morning then in the afternoon I went swimming in the ocean. I am wondering if this is safe as it is known the ozone depletes antioxidants in the skin which are a natural suncreen (studies show antioxidants reduce/prevent sun damage in skin)

Anyone else have any experience with this? It's only about half an hour sun but maybe best not on the same day?
