Day 4

Weight - 161- lost 1 lbs.
Symptoms - mostly, a lot of mucus, some rashes increased in various spots, VERY slight chest and left arm pain, small bouts of reflux.
Elimination - two small BMs, with mostly brown mucus. Lumps and brown water.
Sleep - sleep became erratic, slept for a few minutes, could fall asleep again. In total 4.5 hrs.
Water intake - 6 cups, 8 oz each, warm water a few times. I use filtered water.
Activity- walked and worked full day - 7000 steps, watched TV for a few hours.

Still have negative thoughts from past traumas. Anger a bit less.

Overall feeling great. More and more energy today.
