Day 3

Weight - 162 - lost 2lbs.
Symptoms - mostly, a lot of mucus, some rashes increased in various spots, slight chest left arm pain, small bouts of reflux.
Elimination - one small BM, with mostly mucus.
Sleep - slept very well at night, 7.5 hrs.
Water intake - 5 cups, 8 oz each, warm water a few times. I use filtered water.
Activity- walked and worked full day - 6000 steps, watched TV for a few hours.

Still have negative thoughts from past traumas. Anger a bit less.

Overall feel great. More energy today.
