Hello! This year I realize I’ve been having more bowel movements and diarrhea than before. I get them almost after every meal. I even get them after just drinking water. This June I started really listening to my body and I could feel mild cramps in my tummy on both sides even when I’m just sitting. So I started observing my stools and I found these in them. I am very scared and have been freaking out they are parasites/worms. I have scheduled an appointment to see a doctor for the tummy cramps but until then I would like to know what these are. Thanks!
