Hi all - i tried Water Fasting before and i was really happy with how i felt, but that was done without any preparation and without proper finishing - i just stopped eating and drank water and mint tea for 10 days. Now, i want to do it again, but this time, properly ...
any advice on how to look after my intestines during the fast and how to get out of the fast the right way - i dont really want to have problems ... any advice appreciated
