Hard to say from description / if it is indeed a "bug" you'll need to use mostly different chems than for a worm (flat versus round makes a difference.

You coukd try Ivermectin a broad spectrum anti-parisitic drug this is used as part of many treatments.

Permethrin topical used for insect, hexapod and mites - most are resistant to it though - at least at 5% strentgh.

Getting an ID is important and the step that most have the hardest with because most doctors dismiss patients thinking they have parasites...

Hang in there and do research - try to catch a sample and look under microscope or magnifying glass
