As a test this morning I ate a quarter jar of peanut butter. Before I started taking betaine HCL, even a small amount on the end of a spoon would give me a cold sore. I intend to post back in a few days and let you guys know what happened. I still have plenty of monolauren on hand and intend on taking it at the first sign of any potential breakout.
