Your post is hard to read (no offense intended btw) - it is helpful to use paragraphs to break up the thoughts. Would you mind bulletpointing the main issues and repost?

Iron helps build biofilm environments which makes getting rid of the infection very difficult or nearly impossible. Lactoferrin helps dismantle biofilms, in case anyone tries this, please use caution and low doses.

There are a number of pathogens that can inhabit the gut, have you done any testing and if so then what were the results?
