Hello cleansers!

I'll be starting the Master-Cleanse tomorrow. Normally I wait and try to start on a Sunday, to gain a little extra spiritual support and inspiration. But my body feels SO overdue for a good cleanse that I just can't wait another day...so tomorrow I'll begin!

I'm looking to go for an extended fast...starting off on the Master-Cleanse and then switching to a juice fast after the 14th day, something I've never tried before. Don't worry, I'll be sure to post on the Juice Fasting Forum when I switch over ;)

Well...off to drink my tea...
