two good things - copper and the fact that everyone has lymes. everyone has lymes.

as for copper, i usually get what i can on the shelf to go with my zinc. ten zinc to one copper. i usually take 60mg of zinc but you can easily double that if need be.

the source of your copper would be interesting.
